# Organize Your Campaigns: Greetings, Reports, Events…

Many of you regularly manage email campaigns : client greetings, activity reports, event or breakfast invitations…



At Anaba, we’ve built **a simple method** to help everyone (partners, associates, communication managers...), organize these campaigns efficiently:

* **Sync your mailbox** to automatically retrieve your contacts from your email exchanges.
* 
**Tag your contacts** according to your campaign type (Greetings, Reports, Events, etc.).
* 
**Create your own group** if you wish to send your greetings personally from your own inbox (e.g. “Greetings 2025 – Firstname Lastname”).
