Authorize email synchronization between your organization’s mailboxes and Anaba

To allow users to connect their mailbox to your Anaba workspace, a Microsoft 365 administrator must authorize this type of connection on behalf of your organization.

Once this is done, all users in your organization will be able to connect their Outlook mailbox to Anaba and use all email synchronization features.

Option 1 – Use the Microsoft admin consent link (recommended)

The simplest way is for a Microsoft 365 administrator to use this authorization link (provided by Anaba) to sign in to Microsoft and approve the Anaba application for the organization.

A Microsoft consent screen will appear, allowing the admin to grant access for all users.

Option 2 – From your organization’s Anaba workspace

Alternatively, the administrator can:

1. Sign in to your organization’s Anaba workspace.
2. Click on the button Sync my mailbox with Anaba
3. Sign in with their Microsoft credentials.

Once this is done, they will be able to authorize the Anaba application for the entire company, just like with the consent link.
