Organize Your Campaigns: Greetings, Reports, Events…

Many of you regularly manage email campaigns : client greetings, activity reports, event or breakfast invitations…

At Anaba, we’ve built a simple method to help everyone (partners, associates, communication managers...), organize these campaigns efficiently:

Sync your mailbox to automatically retrieve your contacts from your email exchanges.

Tag your contacts according to your campaign type (Greetings, Reports, Events, etc.).
* Create your own group if you wish to send your greetings personally from your own inbox (e.g. “Greetings 2025 – Firstname Lastname”).

Admins can also export filtered contact lists to Excel format if you need them for external use.
