Anaba Assistant & Menu Reorganization
This update has one clear goal: bringing key information about your contacts directly to your users, without them having to go looking for it.

✨ My Assistant (Anaba Intelligence clients)
Upon login, your users will land directly on My Assistant.
My Assistant is updated every Monday and highlights between 3 and 6 key contacts from the user's network, automatically selected by Anaba Intelligence.
The goal: avoid information overload. The user focuses on their key actions for the week.

For each contact, 3 actions are available:
📧 Generate a personalized email
A pre-written email is ready (formal or informal tone depending on the relationship). The user can edit it directly in Outlook, Gmail or any other email client before sending.

🔗 Share the information
If the information is relevant for a colleague, the user can forward it to them. It will appear in that person's assistant as a notification.
⏭️ Do nothing
Three sub-options: archive the contact, mark the information as interesting without taking action, or be reminded again in 1 week.
🗂️ A Fully Redesigned Side Menu
Following user feedback, the left-hand menu has been reorganized into three distinct sections:
👤 My Network
Personal views for each user, filtered on their own contacts:
- Recent: contacts they have exchanged with recently
- Favorites (new): contacts marked as favorites to closely follow their activity
- Company changes: contacts who have recently changed roles
- Inactive: contacts with no recent exchanges
- Archived (new): a user can archive a contact without impacting other users connected to that same contact
🏢 My Organization
The global view of all contacts and companies in the account, as it exists today.
⚙️ Admin Management (visible to administrators only)
Potential duplicates, company changes across the account, company categories.
