Sync your anaba contacts to your phone via Outlook Contacts

When you enable this sync, anaba automatically copies all your anaba contacts (the ones you are linked to) into your Outlook Contacts or Gmail Contacts directory. If your phone is already synced with Outlook or Gmail, these contacts will appear directly in your mobile address book.

When a client calls you, their name, job title, and company are displayed automatically.

Setup time: less than 5 minutes.

Step 1: Enable the sync in anaba

From the mobile app or the web platform:

  1. Go to My Profile → Outlook Contacts Sync
  2. Click Start sync

The sync runs automatically every 12 hours. Your contacts may take a little while to appear the first time.

Step 2: Enable contacts on your phone

On iPhone
  1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts
  2. Select your professional Outlook account synced with anaba
  3. Enable Contacts

If your Outlook account is not yet set up in the iPhone Mail app, follow Apple's instructions. You can also use the Outlook app directly.

On Android (also works on iPhone)
  1. Open the Outlook mobile app
  2. Go to Settings → Contacts → Save to contacts
  3. Check your Outlook account synced with anaba

How does the update work?

  • The sync is automatic every 12 hours.
  • Updates are one-way only: if you edit a contact in anaba, it updates in your address book. The reverse does not work.
  • If some contacts are not showing up, try unchecking and re-checking Contacts in the settings to restart the sync.

You can disable the sync at any time from the same settings. Your anaba contacts will then be removed from your phone's address book.
